📄 Fab Foto Booth Booking Policies Thank you for choosing Fab Foto Booth to bring the fun, glam, and unforgettable memories to your event! Please review our booking and cancellation policies below before reserving your rental. 🔐 Reservation & Payment Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit is applied toward your final balance. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Events booked with less than 7 days’ notice must be paid in full at the time of booking. ❌ Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule: Cancellations made 30+ days prior to the event date: Your deposit is non-refundable but may be credited toward a future event within 12 months. Cancellations made 14–29 days prior: 50% of the total rental fee will be refunded (excluding deposit). Cancellations made within 13 days of the event: No refund will be issued. 💫 Rescheduling Policy We allow one reschedule with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Your deposit will transfer to the new date. Additional reschedules may incur a fee. 🎯 Client Responsibilities Client must provide a safe, level, and accessible setup location with adequate space and power access. If venue access or setup instructions are not followed, resulting in delays or inability to complete setup, Fab Foto Booth is not liable for lost service time. 🌟 Refunds Deposits are non-refundable. If Fab Foto Booth must cancel due to an emergency or conditions beyond our control (equipment failure, extreme weather, etc.), a full refund will be issued or you may opt to reschedule. 📸 Rental Protection Fab Foto Booth reserves the right to refuse service if guests are aggressive, intoxicated, or damage equipment. Client is responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
